About this Course

Reifel in winter often hosts petite Northern Saw-whet Owls on day roosts, among many other birds: very tame Sandhill Cranes, falcons, Wood Ducks, rails, shorebirds and lots of songbirds. Boundary Bay nearby features legions of eagles, hawks, Short-eared and—some winters—Snowy Owls. Bring passports. Fee includes sanctuary admission.
